We meet with all potential clients at their home before arranging the service.
This is an opportunity for us to understand your requirements, go through the details of how the service can support you and for us to answer any questions you have.

There is no obligation and no charge for this visit.
We don’t ask clients to commit to getting the service for any length of time- we can help long term or just as long as you need us. We can provide support for as little as one hour a fortnight up to a few hours a couple of time a week, depending on what you need – and of course this can change over time as you need it to.
Our visits normally happen on weekdays between 9am and 5pm throughout the City of Edinburgh.
We charge an hourly rate. Payment can be made in a variety of ways. We invoice for the service at the end of each calendar month.
If you’re eligible for the Direct Payments scheme and/or Attendance Allowance, you can use these to pay towards Help at Home.
