Our staff working in the community get quality time to work with their clients- with minimum 1hr visits which are scheduled with sufficient travel time in between- and we pay staff travel time and travel expenses.
We provide support to those wishing to progress in a career in care- helping them to obtain SVQs and other qualifications.
Not all our roles supporting clients require staff to have previous experience or qualifications and not all roles require staff to provide personal care. We have roles that offer a variety of contracted hours (part time and full time).
