LifeCare is a registered charity with a proud 80-year history of providing uplifting, positive and practical support for older people and we’ve never been needed more.

Give some love to the LifeCare hub

LifeCare has served the community for 50 years – help us to secure the next 50 as we brace ourselves for an approximate 30% increase in the costs of running the LifeCare Community hub across the next 12-months. Can you help?

It costs over £500 a day to run our thriving hub. As a charity we strive to keep our spaces affordable to everyone and as a result we are only able to cover around 83% of our costs.

There are lots of ways to get involved and no donation is too small, please give what you can.

Meals on Wheels is celebrating its 5th birthday this month! Congratulations to the whole team for reaching this milestone and all the hard work you put in every day to deliver such a valued service!

Following a sell-out success in March, LifeCare is delighted to announce the return of its popular Afternoon Tea at the LifeCare Hub on Thursday 4th September.

Looking for something to do over the summer holidays with your children? LifeCare are hosting FREE kids activities ranging from arts and crafts, storytelling and STEM!

What we do

We provide support to older people, those living with dementia, poor health or mobility and those who care for them.
