Share your passion with our community

Looking for an opportunity to share something you care about?

We are looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable volunteers to help bring our monthly Talks at LifeCare programme to life.

Do you have a passion for a subject, hobby, or life experience you’d love to share? Whether it’s history, wellbeing, crafts, travel, or something completely unique, we’d love to hear from you.

Our welcoming LifeCare community space provides the perfect setting for relaxed, friendly talks, and you’ll be fully supported by our team every step of the way. It’s a wonderful opportunity to engage others in something new, connect with people, and make a meaningful contribution to our local community.

LifeCare Talks take place monthly in our bright and accessible hub in Stockbridge, on the second Friday of each month from 3–5pm. Topics vary widely, with previous sessions including The Water of Leith, Grandparent First Aid, and Fashion Through the Ages.

Thanks to everyone at the National Lottery Community Fund Scotland for helping make these talks possible.

If you’re interested in getting involved or would like to learn more, please get in touch with Sarah at  sarahduckmanton@lifecare-edinburgh.org.uk.
