Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for someone to join our kitchen staff at CaféLife and help keep our service running smoothly.  If you can give time to support with washing up, keeping our café clean and tidy for our visitors then this role is for you!

Maintenance Assistant

Do you see yourself as handy at odd jobs?  We have a volunteer opportunity to help support general maintenance tasks and odd jobs throughout our building and keep our centre looking its best.

Hub Greeter

Are you happy to chat to people and assist with enquiries?  Our hub greeter role could be for you.  We are looking for individuals who are comfortable meeting and greeting our visitors in our busy reception, giving them information regarding what we do and who we are and generally providing a warm welcome to LifeCare.  We are currently looking for support on a Monday and Friday.

Activity Volunteer

Are you looking to get involved in a new experience or share some of your own knowledge with others? We’re seeking volunteers to help support our new activity groups. Could you pass on skills and support with the running of a book club, knitting or craft session? If so, please do get in touch for a chat!

Games and Social Groups

Mondays Wednesdays Saturdays

We’re looking for friendly, approachable and passionate volunteers to support with our weekly Games Afternoon Sessions, at our community cafe in Stockbridge, Wednesdays 1.45 – 3pm. Come along, play a game or two, have a chat, and help us prevent loneliness and social isolation in the local community.
We are also looking for volunteers to support our wonderful social groups.  We currently run our Chatty Café on a Monday between 11 and 1pm where individuals can drop in to our café space and have a cuppa and a chat and on Saturday’s we host our Saturday Social session which sees members of our local community come together to chat and play games.  If either of these sessions are of interest, please do get in touch!

Bingo Volunteer

Last Thursday of every month, 2-3pm

We’re looking for lively, passionate and friendly volunteers to join us at our Community Cafe in Stockbridge, to support with our monthly Bingo sessions! Taking place on the last Thursday of every month, 2-3pm, Bingo sessions bring people of all ages from the local community together.
