Outreach is a registered care service for over 50s with care and support needs, which provides care, companionship and support, at home or out and about.

Outreach is there for anyone over 50 years old who is living with dementia, is struggling with mobility or has poor health, as well as those who care for them, to give support at home or out and about. We can provide support to clients living in their own home, or in a care home.
Outreach has 25 years experience caring for and supporting the people of Edinburgh. We’re registered with the Care Inspectorate, and was graded 5, “very good” at the most recent inspection. We’re here to help you to live well and so we tailor the service to you.
We will match you with a regular staff member, who will get to know you and what is important to you. We meet with all potential clients at their home before arranging the service. There is no obligation, and no charge for this visit.
After Margaret’s husband passed away, she really struggled. Since becoming a client with LifeCare’s Outreach Service four years ago, she is able to live well and do the things she enjoys with support from care worker Nikki.
