Movement Medicine Dance Practice

There are no steps to learn.  We dance to a wide variety of styles of music from around the world. We dance to some very gentle music and some very lively music… and a whole landscape in between. The overall intention of the class is… to enjoy dancing!  Dance allows movement to be deep medicine for the body the heart and the mind.
