Our day clubs provide a friendly, social environment for older adults to stay active and connected. Activities include games, quizzes, gentle exercise, arts and crafts, music, and trips out. The day begins with tea and toast, includes a hot, nutritious lunch and finishes with afternoon refreshments. Clubs run weekdays from 10am to 3pm, and transport can be arranged for local pick-up and drop-off, making it easy to attend.
We offer small, welcoming groups with a high staff-to-client ratio, allowing personalised support for everyone. Our trained staff focus on wellbeing, meaningful activity, and social connection, whether you are frail, isolated or living with dementia. The clubs also provide valuable respite for unpaid carers, giving peace of mind while their loved one enjoys a safe and engaging day.
