We are made up of approximately 80+ staff members, most of whom work part-time, and around 30 dedicated regular volunteers. Everyone brings their own unique experiences, skills and compassion to their role, aiming to provide the highest standards of care and support .
People are at heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on making a difference, not just for those that we support, but also by being a great place to work and to volunteer.
Our team make a difference to people across Edinburgh every day – and you can too! Our roles include directly supporting clients, working in our Cafe, administration, fundraising and leadership positions. We’re proud to be a ‘Real Living Wage’ employer.
