Thanks to generous funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, we can continue to offer our free Meals on Wheels, our Saturday Socials activities, Cost of Living workshops and reach out amongst our communities to recruit fantastic volunteers who help us deliver our essential support.
We are recruiting for 3 social care workers to join our Outreach Team and support older people to live in their own homes and be independent for as long as possible.
