“Wonderful” Outreach service praised in latest client and carer survey

Our Outreach Service is a registered care service which provides care, support and companionship to over 50s with care and support needs at home or in the community  – and we’re currently accepting new clients. The service not only provides vital support to clients, but gives their unpaid carers a well deserved break, leaving them to relax or go out and about in the knowledge they are in safe hands… but don’t just take our word for it! The difference we make can be seen in the wonderful feedback we receive.

In our most recent survey, clients and carers said:

– 86% of clients said they were happy or delighted with the service

– 82% felt more socially connected

– 77% reported improved health and wellbeing

– 100%  felt the service was good value for money

– 88% of carers felt better supported now they are receiving support from the LifeCare Outreach team 

– 85% of carers rated the service good or excellent
