If you are on a low income you could be eligible to claim means tested benefits like Universal Credit or Pension Credit which are designed to top up your weekly income.
Many older people in Edinburgh are eligible for Pension Credit but don’t claim it – could this be you?
The following organisations can help you find out more about benefits available, what you are eligible for and support you to apply for them.
CHAI Edinburgh
Get a benefit check and/or support to make benefits applications.

Citizen’s Advice Bureau
Get advice over the phone or from advisors at your local CAB office.

Call 0131 510 5510 to book an appointment at your local CAB office/find out about drop in sessions
