Nikki has worked at LifeCare as an Outreach worker for 5 years.
My role involves supporting my clients in various ways from helping with morning showers, making breakfast and getting them organised for the day to going out into the wider community, making and accompanying them to appointments or sitting, chatting and spending quality time with them. The best thing about my job is the interaction with my clients, they all have different personalities. Every day’s a school day and my job is really diverse. LifeCare offers me excellent support in my working environment, I also like just working Monday to Friday.
