The service is registered with the Care Inspectorate, and was graded ‘5’ (very good) following the most recent inspection.
Outreach has 25 years of experience, caring for and supporting the people of Edinburgh, so we can draw on extensive resources and knowledge to give you the best possible support.
We’re here to help you to live well and so we tailor the service to you. We will make a care plan with you which we will review with you regularly to make sure that all your care and support needs are met and that you are getting everything you want out of the service.
We will match you with a regular staff member, who will get to know you and what is important to you.
