This October as part of a team of LifeCare employees we have set ourselves a challenge to climb Ben Nevis to raise money for LifeCare.
The trip will be two days trekking 18km to reach the summit at 1344 metres. We are still very much training at the moment, but we’re determined, and have been on training walks since February.
We are looking for your support for the team, to help us raise money for LifeCare.
Why donate to support LifeCare?
LifeCare Edinburgh provide expert care across the city to over 800 older people and those living with dementia.
We also run a community centre for a over 60,000 locals every year, with everything from weaning classes to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease choirs. We make a difference to the lives of local people.
All our services are subsidised so that we provide extra years of fun, friendship and support to those who are the most in need, but to do this we need to fundraise each year.
